JOB OPENING – Seeking Avionics Design Engineer

Fast-jetPacific Aerospace Consulting (PAC) is currently seeking expressions of interest from aerospace engineers for potential tasks supporting Air Combat jet aircraft for the RAAF. The role will require a qualification as an avionics and software engineer at the level of Design Engineer, or the ability to achieve this qualification. PAC is building on a niche role supporting ADF aviation platforms for Systems and Software technical certification, through the networks developed within Australia and in the US. This role will be in direct support of evolving Defence aviation capability, potentially including JSF and all Hornet platforms, and requires an innovative and fast learning engineer with similar fast jet experience to pick it up quickly. As the current work is Australian Defence related, prior ADF or Defence APS experience and a current security clearance are desirable. Candidates must be willing to work in Newcastle, Canberra or RAAF Base Amberley at the offices of the customer.  Potential to work in the US may be possible for the right candidate. This position is at the mid-senior level.
